 I am a very independent broker associate with my own branch office working under the umbrella of one of the top 3 brokerage firms in the Telluride area, Peaks Real Estate, which enjoys commanding affiliations with the influential establishments of the Peaks Hotel and Sotheby's International Realty. With a staff of 2 assistants I am ready to give my clients quick, complete, and astute service.
As soon as I go to work for you, my staff and I will use our many resources to find what you are looking for (for buyers) or to gear up a terrific marketing campaign (for sellers). We are readily available to our clients in the office, at home or on the road any time they may wish to contact us. We'll stay in touch with you to keep you completely informed of our activities on your behalf and market trends.
As a graduate of Thomas Jefferson's University of Virginia where the "Honor Code" is revered, I cannot overstate my absolute commitment to complete and total honesty in my dealings with all parties involved in a transaction. My primary objective, though, in working for you as your broker, is to help you to buy or sell your properties in such a manner that the experience will be easy, comfortable, and profitable.
Technology, Promotion, and Commitment
I've laid the groundwork for a highly efficient and very service-oriented business operation. To ensure effective communication and rapid production of materials I've equipped my office with most of the latest technological equipment. We are in the INFORMATION business and have many resources at our fingertips, not only to get the information for you but the ability to translate it and turn it into KNOWLEDGE for you.
For effective promotion, we update our quality web site often, we advertise quite frequently in the local papers, we produce many mass mailings, and we send out newsletters three to four times a year. I work hard at staying in touch with our clients. For my listings, I produce high quality brochures, insert my listings in all the previously mentioned advertising media, use the MLS system to its fullest, and stay in good contact with my sellers.
Along with valuing a full time work ethic,
I am fully invested in my Telluride real estate career and most importantly,
as a single dad with a 3 year old daughter. I am committed
to raising my child here in Telluride, Colorado, while contributing to this
wonderfully diverse community.

Originally moving to Telluride in 1995, Bobbi began her real estate career in 2002, and has practiced in both Telluride and Ridgway areas. Bobbi handles specialty marketing, advertising, and material design, and when not working in the office under Ray’s mentorship, she enjoys spending time with her three year old son, Maximus, and taking part in the wonderful lifestyle Telluride offers. |
